Mold Manufacturing
In-house mold design and CNC machining for precise component production. Custom molds for OEM projects.
Die Casting & Injection
Aluminum die casting for metal components and plastic injection for body parts. Multiple material options.
CNC Machining
High-precision CNC turning and milling for spools, rotors, and critical components. Tolerances within 0.02mm.
Surface Treatment
Anodizing, electroplating, painting, and anti-corrosion coatings. Custom color matching (Pantone).
Assembly
Experienced assembly technicians ensure smooth operation. Each reel tested for drag, retrieve, and balance.
Quality Control
5 dedicated QC inspectors. Incoming material, in-process, and final inspection. CE certified products.
